We are a business-to-business (B2B) supplier only. If you are an interior designer or upholsterer, you can become a dealer by setting up an account online or by calling us at 866-755-5000.

Greenhouse Fabrics has been a trusted fabric resource for the upholstery and design trade for over 100 years. The Greenhouse Fabrics brand offers essential upholstery fabrics known for their quality and durability. Anna Elisabeth Fabrics was established in 2018. Despite its recent inception, Anna Elisabeth has quickly garnered attention among interior designers for its high-end and luxurious fabric selections. Anna Elisabeth collections feature a wide array of decorative fabrics including cut velvets, detailed embroideries, exclusive colors, captivating prints, and drapery options.

Yes! Our self-service showroom is located at 1116 Foust Avenue in High Point, North Carolina, 27260. You can become a dealer, shop our entire fabric library, browse sample books, view our latest collections, and place orders for same-day pick up. Appointments are not required, but recommended. Our showroom is open Monday – Friday 9 AM – 4 PM.

Performance fabrics are easy-to-clean, durable textiles with stain-resistant qualities, including brands like Crypton Home Fabrics, InsideOut Performance Fabrics, Outdura, Sustain, Endurepel, and vinyl. Inherent performance attributes include an impressive double rub count that exceeds 30,000, ensuring long-lasting durability. Additionally, performance finishes are skillfully applied during the fabric's production, enhancing its capabilities with advanced technologies for water, stain, and odor resistance.

1. What requirements or sales minimum do I need to obtain to receive your sample books?

We offer free memo samples because we're here to support your creative process! However, we do have a limit of 15 free memo samples per request. We understand that certain projects may require a variety of memo samples to make informed decisions.

If your project requires more than 15 memo samples or you are shopping for multiple jobs at once, please reach out to your dedicated fabric concierge, they are happy to help with personalized assistance and accommodate your specific project needs!

4. What do I do with dropped sample books?

We drop sample books once a year, and you can find the current dropped book list on our Resource Page. We recommend clearing out our dropped books at least every three years. Consider repurposing old sample books by donating them to schools, nursing homes, or other non-profits. If you have received sample books in the last 6 months that you no longer use, we can pick them up for you.
